Microbladed eyebrows redefine the face dramatically by creating a more youthful and feminine appearance.
What is Microblading? Microblading
is a semi-permanent technique using a tiny blade to deposit pigment into the dermal layer of the skin in a stoke like fashion. It is more natural looking then Permanent Eyebrows because it is not
solid and is perfect for someone who has some of their own eyebrow hair and just wants to add strokes in order to reshape and fill in missing areas. It also looks natural for those with no eyebrow
hair because it provides a 3D look as opposed to Permanent Eyebrows which is a solid look.
How long does Microblading last? Kelly recommends that her clients return for a color boost in order to freshen up the color and shape every 1-2 years. The aftercare is extremely important as
is with Permanent Eyebrows as well. The best way to protect your investment is to wear sunscreen especially during the summer months. Facial skin exfoliates more rapidly than the rest of the body so
whenever you are outdoors Kelly recommends using a sunscreen stick because it is clear and easy to apply. Aloe should also be avoided as well as anti-aging products such as glycolic acid or retinal
in order to preserve the color and not speed up the exfoliation process. You can wash your eyebrows with dial antibacterial soap and warm water 24 hours after the procedure 3 times a day until
healed. The healing process takes approximately 6-8 days.
